Flax or Chia as an Egg Substitute

  1. Combine 1 tablespoon of chia or flax with 3 tablespoons of water

  2. Mix to combine

  3. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until the mixture resembles an egg white texture

Makes the equivalent of 1 egg
